Unlimited Personal Customer Support

HeW offers unlimited, personalized in-house customer support, staffed Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain time.  HeW website support is available 24/7.  HeW Support also includes access to specialized Account Analysts to further optimize efficiency and proactive revenue cycle mangement.

Unlimited Hew Training

HeW offers unlimited training for its systems.  This training is available through one-on-one, group and webinar trainings, as well as training manuals and prerecorded sessions through HeW University.  These training sessions encompass all of the services HeW provides.  It starts with initial training for your staff and continues on to include refresher training, as well as training for new staff members. 


EDI Payer Enrollment

HeW has dedicated Enrollment Specialists that are available to assist clients with EDI Payer Enrollment applications.  Our staff helps define which enrollment paperwork is needed and coordinate the process with the payers, notifying your office when complete.


RCM Consulting

HeW offers a multitude of Revenue Cycle Management solutions for your office, but should you be interested in digging deeper into revenue cycle optimization, HeW has consulting staff available to assist with process improvement.
