Working with your Practice Management Vendor

HeW is willing to work with any Practice Management System vendor. Although HIPAA requires that all electronic transactions be in a standard format, called ANSI 4010A1, some software vendors are unable to create this electronic format. Fortunately, HeW can translate almost any claim format that your vendor produces. HeW will even coordinate services with clients and their vendors to ensure timely resolution of any issues or problems. In addition, HeW does not charge additional fees to make these accommodations!

Many vendors portray that organizations must use their clearinghouse for a variety of reasons. However, HeW clients have found more benefits to using HeW services than their vendor’s.
