AsK is a new program, developed by HeW to assist our clients and friends answer some of their toughest questions about changes in healthcare, operational efficiencies, technical advancements and most importantly…patient perspectives.

As the healthcare industry continues to adapt and evolve, we, at HeW, find ourselves constantly searching for accurate, up-to-date, first-hand answers to questions from credible sources. We also realize we have trusted business associates nationwide who are experts in their individual specialties with valuable information to share on a variety of topics.

Rather than spending time searching the Internet for answers, we’ve decided to leverage our relationships with industry leaders and our access to patient perspectives to bridge the gap between those who have questions and those who have the answers.

AsK is that connection point. No searching, no wondering about the credibility of the source and no sales pitches.


How it Works

  1. AsK the question: Consider the challenges you’re facing in your business. For example: “I’m having a hard time finding a physician who wants to live in a rural community. What do physicians really want from a hospital?” Or “How much do my patients know about electronic health information and is it important to them?”

    NOTE: AsK is designed to seek and respond to industry concerns on a broad range of topics, but AsK is not intended to replace HeW Client Support. If your inquiry is specific to HeW services, please contact HeW support center for assistance 1.877.565.5457.

    Use the form below to submit your questions specific to either healthcare & operations or patient perspective.
  2. HeW finds the answers: In the order they are received, HeW staff will find industry experts to respond to your questions. Questions may be combined with others of a similar nature to ensure we provide the most relevant and complete responses possible for each topic. Answers may take on many forms depending on the content and amount of interest in each topic.
  3. Information distribution: Once the answers are collected, HeW will post the information using a number of channels including: our website, our Facebook page, in our newsletters, and through LinkedIn. Be sure to check these sources regularly to find new content. You can also subscribe to our RSS feed to receive all the latest updates and AsK posts.
